We operate as a for-profit LLC with a clear social purpose. Revenue from professional canvassing and outreach services directly funds free youth training programs and paid opportunities for young people in South Brooklyn. No grants. No financial barriers for students. Sustainable by design.

Founder & Managing Director
Fedir founded Grassroots Politics Inc. to deliver outreach that is effective, ethical, and grounded in community trust , while creating real pathways for young people to learn, grow, and earn. Over the past five years, he has worked in community engagement and local elections across South Brooklyn. His background includes running a fully grassroots NYC Council campaign funded by small-dollar donations, serving as a Community Liaison in the NYC Council, supporting field outreach for local campaigns, helping found a multicultural youth nonprofit, and graduating from CUNY. Few people have seen this work from all three sides, as a candidate, a staffer, and an organizer. That perspective shapes everything Grassroots Politics does.
